This form exercises the authority to cancel by discharge the Selective Service Systems "Draft" as a "Negotiable Instrument" under UCC, specifically Article 3.

This form is not needed to perform cancellation of the SSS Draft. It provides a model and may be used as a template for your own forms. The code for cancelling the SSS Draft by discharge is UCC §3-604.

It is presumed that you are an affirmed World Citizen at the World Government of World Citizens. If you are not, please change the text of the perjury statement on the form.

It also helps to have a Power of Attorney over the "legal person" to make the distinction between yourself and their "legal identity" for you, as if it were you.
